- Close and seal every foundation vents near water pipes using rigid foam insulation. Use said insulation for walls and ends of the floor joists as well.
- If your crawl access is inside your house, set a fan near the opening to blow the warm air from your home into the foundation. This is not adviced if the access is somewhere else.
- Insulate your exterior walls. Use caulking to seal around doors, windows, faucets and other spots where cold air might enter.
